Regional Sales Manager
This is a San Jose (Bay Area) based role, Regional Sales Manager, selling I/O connectors and cable assemblies.
As part of our North Americas sales team, the Regional Sales Manger (RSM) will be responsible for identifying and closing business opportunities for assigned territory or accounts. They will be required to establish strong customer relationships and understanding of our customer’s businesses. We expect the RSM to also build effective relationships internally with engineering, service, marketing, operations, etc. so our customer’s expectations are not only met but exceeded.
Specific responsibilities include:
Actively pursue new business opportunities, working closely with Engineers, Purchasing and Manufacture
Sales Representatives to ensure all needs are being met.
Travel to each designated territory at least once per year.
Manage business reviews and customer satisfaction activities.
Act as a central point of escalation for customer concerns or supply chain/technical issues and drive resolution.
Participate as required in business improvement initiatives.
